Level ONE: COPS IN THE HEAD
WHY you must attend:

In theatre games, a social and economical environment can be created for clients to work in, helping individuals to identify the external factors affecting their choices and decisions.

Using Group Work, participants experience the concept in using Games & Images to assist in opening up the clients’ minds and attitudes, stimulating their behavior and thoughts. Other participants in the workshops can then Project what they perceive about these images, making each image multi-dimensional. Reflections within the group are necessary to develop more personal experiences.

A short Forum Theatre piece will be created where Interventions are encouraged to help each participant see the many possibilities of each action, thus Empowering the participants and making it a Personalized Experience.

WHAT you will learn:
  • Image of the Images – Develops empathy & multi-perspectives on the problem
  • Cops in the Head – Identifies external factors that affect decisions
  • Lightning Forum – Stimulates the mind in quick interventions to solve problems

Level TWO: RAINBOW OF DESIRES
WHY you must attend:

This Level TWO workshop introduces the participants, who have accumulated practical experience in using the basic techniques, to begin learning and dealing with more delicate Internal Conflicts faced by their Clients. Participants will learn how to further develop the Images and/or Forum Theatre pieces developed by means of Breaking The Oppression.

WHAT you will learn:
  • Rashomon – Looking at the different sides of the story on the same issues
  • Merry-go-round – Immersing into dilemmas unrelated to you to learn about your problem-solving skills
  • Rainbow of Desires – Identity Internal hindrances to building a healthy relationship

Level THREE: ART OF BEING A JOKER
“To unveil opportunities for hope, regardless of the obstacles.”
Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of Hope

A JOKER is a person who:
  • helps participants to unveil the complicity of their problems
  • stimulates the discovery of multiple possibilities in solving problems
  • motivates participants to search for multiple ways of solving problems

WHY you must attend:

This workshop aims to share skills crucial in becoming a more sensitive Joker.

WHAT you will learn:
  • Art of Jokering
  • Art of Problem Posing
